Overview

About the Tour

• This 5 nights and 6 days tour package involve arrival and the departure from Bagdogra city only.
• You will be picked up from the railway station or airport and the cab services will stay with you till your trip stays active.
• We provide you the best of transportation services from Darjeeling to Gangtok.
• Morning breakfast and dinner are included.

• Any photo ID and 4 passport size recent photos.

• A carry bag for essentials (other than plastic)

Advisory

• Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels.
• Check-in and Check-out timings of Hotels are different and based on the regulations/Policies of local Hotel unions of concern region/City or general trend of the market. These will be specified at the time of quotation/Communication.
• Vehicle provided during the tour will not be on a disposable basis. Any travel, after the activity decided on the tour will not be permitted. Late evening / late night drive apart from the designed plan will be charged extra.
• In the case of the amendment in the package due to the increase in the number of Guests. The difference in cost shall be borne by the client.

Cancellation policy

• If cancellations are made between 30 to 21 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made between 20 to 15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellations are made between 15 to 0 days before the start date of the trip, No refund.

Refund policy

• The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
• All applicable refunds will be credited to the original payment account.

Booking confirmation policy

• The customer receives a payment confirmation email and day-wise itinerary within 24 hours of successful booking.
• For booking confirmation customer should make the payment of 25% of the actual total cost for the tour.
• In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation message will be sent via email.
• Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

• Accommodation Well-organized rooms shall be provided as per the package selected.
• Breakfast and Dinner is included in the package.
• Transportation - Airport Pick-Up & Airport Drop
• All sightseeing as per the itinerary in private cab according to number of travelers.
• Driver Bata, all Toll and Parking Fees are included in the package

• Air fare, Train fare & Helicopter fare.
• Entry Ticket in Tourist Place.
• Special pass expenses for Nathula pass.
• Any Game activities.
• Personal Expenses of any kind like Horse Riding, Laundry, Telephone Bills etc.

Tour Plan

DAY 1 ARRIVAL BAGDOGRA- DARJEELING

• Arrival at Bagdogra Airport, Meet our representative & transfer to Darjeeling. It is a beautiful Himalayan city in west Bengal.
• Evening free for mal road shopping.
• Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Darjeeling.

DAY 2 TIGER HILL & BUDDHIST MONESTORIES

• Early morning 4:00 am sharp Head for Tiger Hill (considered as most beautiful sunrise in the world) on the way back visit Ghoom Monastery.
• Afternoon proceed for sightseeing. Visit Batasia Loop, Tea Garden, Japanese Temple, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Thursday close) Zoological Park, Tenzing Rock and Refugee Centre etc.
• Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Darjeeling.

DAY 3 DARJEELING TO GANGTOK

• After breakfast start journey to Gangtok.
• After Reach Gangtok Check-in at the hotel.
• Afternoon leave for local sightseeing Chorten Stupa, Rope way, Flower show, Handicraft and Banjakhri Water Falls etc.
• Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Gangtok.

DAY 4 TSHANGU LAKE

• Early morning departure from Gangtok to Tshangu Lake & baba Mandir. It is has perhaps one of the most beautiful landscape in Sikkim .It is regarded as very scared by the local Buddhist & the Hindus.
• Dinner and overnight Stay at Hotel in Gangtok.

DAY 5 GANGTOK CHARDHAM

• After Breakfast drive to Namchi Valley. Enroute Visit Char Dham. Visit Shiva Temple, Rameshwar Dham, Dwaraka Dham and Badrinath Dham.
• Evening Back to Gangtok.
• Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel in Gangtok.

DAY 6 BAGDOGRA AIRPORT DROP

• After a healthy breakfast check out from the hotel & drive to Bagdogra.
• Later we will drop you to airport for your return journey to home city.
• Return home with sweet memories.
