Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels.
Check-in and Check-out timings of Hotels are different and based on the regulations/Policies of local Hotel unions of concern region/City or general trend of the market. These will be specified at the time of quotation/Communication.
Vehicle provided during the tour will not be on a disposable basis. Any travel, after the activity decided on the tour will not be permitted. Late evening / late night drive apart from the designed plan will be charged extra.
In the case of the amendment in the package due to the increase in the number of Guests. The difference in cost shall be borne by the client.
Cancellation policy
If cancellations are made between 30 to 21 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made between 20 to 15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellations are made between 15 to 0 days before the start date of the trip, No refund.
Refund policy
The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
All applicable refunds will be credited to the original payment account.
Booking confirmation policy
The customer receives a payment confirmation email and day-wise itinerary within 24 hours of successful booking.
For booking confirmation customer should make the payment of 25% of the actual total cost for the tour.
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation message will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
