Overview

About the Tour

• This 4 nights and 5 days tour package involve arrival and the departure from Leh city only.
• You will be picked up from the railway station or airport and the cab services will stay with you till your trip stays active.
• We provide you the best of transportation services from Srinagar to Leh.
• Morning breakfast and dinner are included.

Advisory

• Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels.
• Check-in and Check-out timings of Hotels are different and based on the regulations/Policies of local Hotel unions of concern region/City or general trend of the market. These will be specified at the time of quotation/Communication.
• Vehicle provided during the tour will not be on a disposable basis. Any travel, after the activity decided on the tour will not be permitted. Late evening / late night drive apart from the designed plan will be charged extra.
• In the case of the amendment in the package due to the increase in the number of Guests. The difference in cost shall be borne by the clients.

Cancellation policy

• If cancellations are made between 30 to 21 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made between 20 to 15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellations are made between 15 to 0 days before the start date of the trip, No refund.

Refund policy

• The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
• All applicable refunds will be credited to the original payment account.

Booking confirmation policy

• The customer receives a payment confirmation email and day-wise itinerary within 24 hours of successful booking.
• For booking confirmation customer should make the payment of 25% of the actual total cost for the tour.
• In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation message will be sent via email.
• Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Tour Plan

DAY 1 ARRIVAL - LEH

• Arrive at Leh airport, received by our representative and transfer to Hotel. Complete rest for the day for acclimatization to the high altitude region of Ladakh. After lunch if suitable visit Leh Palace built by King Singgee Namgyal around the beginning of 17th century A.D. This deserted nine-storied Palace is now taken under by ASI (Archaeological Survey on India) for restoration. Namgyal Tsemo built by King Tashi Namgyal after the victory over Hor (Central Asian Invaders), visit Shanti Stupa (a Japanese Pagoda built for world peace by Indian based Japanese monks and was inaugurated by his Holiness Dalai Lama in 1985).
• Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel in Leh

DAY 2 LEH- LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

• After breakfast drive to Alchi Monastery (70kms) is the most famous and oldest of all Gompas built in around 11th century by Lotsava Richen Zangpo (the great translator). Likir Monastery (55kms) founded in 1065 A.D by Lama Duwang Chosje belongs to Gelugpa order, Packed lunch will be provided (optional), on the way visit Hall of Fame (war museum), Spituk Monastery (7kms) founded by Od-Lde in 11th century A.D and was named by Lotsava Richen Zangpo (the great translator), Pather Sahib (Gurduwara), Magnetic Hill and Sangam (35kms) confluence of river Indus and Zanskar.
• Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel in Leh.

DAY 3 NUBRA EXCURSION

• After breakfast drive to Nubra valley via Khardongla Pass (18,380ft) the world’s highest motorable road and gateway to Siachen Glacier, the views from the top of the pass are amazing. Visit Deskit Monastery (118 kms) founded by Lama Sherab Zangpo in 1420 A.D. Packed Lunch will be provided (optional), post lunch visit Hundar village (7kms from Diskit) and Double-Humped Bactrian Camel Safari in sand dunes between Hundar and Diskit villages.
• Dinner and overnight at Camp in Nubra.

DAY 4 PANGONG LAKE

• After breakfast drive to Pangong Lake (14,500ft) via Shayok. This famous blue brackish salt water lake is 5-6 kms in width and around 134 kms in length with 75 percent of its running the other side of the Indo China Border. Hot/packed lunch will be provided (optional). Drive back to Leh, crossing through Changla Pass (17,350ft) third highest motor able road in the world and if time permits visit (Druk Padma Karpo School) the school which was featured in famous Bollywood film 3 Idiots.
• Dinner and overnight at Hotel in Leh.

Day 5 LEH AIRPORT DROP

• After breakfast drop to airport for your return journey to Home city.
• Return home with sweet memories.
