Overview

About the Tour

• This 4 nights and 5 days tour package involve arrival and return from Srinagar city only.
• You will be picked up from the railway station or airport and the cab services will stay with you till your trip stays active.
• We provide you the best of transportation services from Srinagar city only.
• Morning breakfast and dinner are included.

Things to carry ( If You Need)

• Aadhaar card original ( compulsory )
• POST PAID SIM- Prepaid SIM will not work in Jammu Kashmir State.
• Camera
• Sunglasses
• Sunscreen
• Cap/Scarf
• Umbrella
• Water bottle
• A carry bag for essentials (other than plastic)

Advisory

• Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels.
• Check-in and Check-out timings of Hotels are different and based on the regulations/Policies of local Hotel unions of concern region/City or general trend of the market. These will be specified at the time of
  quotation/Communication.
• Vehicle provided during the tour will not be on a disposable basis. Any travel, after the activity decided on the tour will not be permitted. Late evening / late night drive apart from the designed plan will be charged extra.
• In the case of the amendment in the package due to the increase in the number of Guests. The difference in cost shall be borne by the client.

Cancellation policy

• If cancellations are made between 30 to 21 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made between 20 to 15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellations are made between 15 to 0 days before the start date of the trip, No refund.

Refund policy

• The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
• All applicable refunds will be credited to the original payment account.

Booking confirmation policy

• The customer receives a payment confirmation email and day-wise itinerary within 24 hours of successful booking.
• For booking confirmation customer should make the payment of 25% of the actual total cost for the tour.
• In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation message will be sent via email.
• Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

• Accommodation- Well - organized rooms shall be provided as per the package selected.
• Breakfast and Dinner is included in the package
• Transportation - Airport Pick-Up & Airport Drop.
• Driver Bata and other allowances
• Sightseeing and transfers in a Private Cab.
• All toll and Parking Fees are included in the package.

• Air fare & Train fare & Helicopter fare.
• Entry Ticket in Tourist Place
• Gondola ride Charges, Any game activities.
• Personal Expenses of any kind like Pony ride, laundry, Telephone Bills.
• Lunch should be borne by the customers only- ( You can get suggestions by local driver)

Tour Plan

DAY 1 ARRIVAL SRINAGAR.

• Arrive at Srinagar Airport. Meet our representative check in at the Hotel.
• Later proceed for local sightseeing. Shankaracharya Hill, Mughal Gardens, dal Lake etc.
• Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.

DAY 2 PEHALGAM

• Morning after breakfast drive to Pehalgam. You may go for walks or pony ride. Enjoying the Kashmir valley sceneries and viewpoints at Pehalgam.
• Evening return back to Srinagar.
• Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Srinagar.

DAY 3 SONAMARG

• Morning after the breakfast at hotel, drive to Sonamarg.
• After reaching visit Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains around the year. Here you can enjoy snow game activities.
• Evening return back to Srinagar.
• Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Srinagar.

DAY 4 GULMARG

• After breakfast at the hotel drive to Gulmarg (2 hours).
• Upon arrival at Gulmarg, proceed for a Gondola ride (Gondola ride not
  included in the package cost) or enjoy the locales on a horse back.
• Evening back to Srinagar. Check in Houseboat. Dinner and overnight Stay in House Boat.

DAY 05 SRINAGAR AIRPORT DROP

• After a healthy breakfast check out from the hotel & transfer to airport for your return journey to home city.
• Return home with sweet memories.

DAY 06 DEPARTURE DAY

• Morning after breakfast visit famous Maa Kamakhya Temple at Nilachal Hills.
• Then transfer to Guwahati Airport for your return journey to home city.
• Return home with sweet memories.
